Caregiver Stress Relief Workshop

A grounding tapping circle to provide caregivers with safety, space, and renewal

 When you’re constantly caring for others, your nervous system can stay stuck in a loop of high alert and exhaustion. Conscious EFT™ acts as a gentle pattern interrupt. It physically signals to your body that it is safe to set the heavy lifting down for a moment. This creates the internal space you need to reconnect with your own strength and Divine Self.


What to Expect


This grounded community space is an invitation to come home to yourself and listen to your body's intuitive answers. You will learn how to use tapping as a steady tool to:

 

  • Calm the nervous system and reduce the stress of life transitions
  • Practice present-moment awareness to unlock emotional clarity
  • Share wisdom in an inviting environment that values both science and meditative practice
  • Build a unique toolkit of self-trust and safety


 A Circle of Care


Caregivers are often the backbone of our communities and families, but even the strongest anchors need a place to rest. Bring a fellow caregiver friend to this session. There is a profound sense of safety in being seen and understood by someone who walks a similar road, allowing you both to reclaim your energy and Divine Self.


Date: Every Monday (5 person minimum)

Time: 10:30AM–11:30AM PT

Location: blosm studio

The Conscious Aging Experience

Honor your biology, thrive in your wisdom, and awaken your Divine Self in this daytime circle

 At Healing Steps, we believe that Conscious Aging is the intentional practice of meeting the later seasons of life with presence, curiosity, and self-trust. It is a shift from simply “getting older” to actively honoring your body’s changing biology while harvesting the wisdom of your lived experience. 


By using Conscious EFT™, you can release societal limiting beliefs about aging and remain centered in your Divine Self.


The road to self-discovery is rarely straight, and the detours of later life are just as beautiful and worthy as the destination. In this daytime circle, we use Conscious EFT™ to help you navigate the physical and emotional shifts of aging. By signaling safety to your nervous system, you can release limiting beliefs about what it means to grow older and instead step into your strength at your own pace.

Tapping for Positive Affirmations

Learn how to use Conscious EFT™ to make your affirmations stick

Positivity can feel out of reach when your nervous system is in stress or high alert. With Conscious EFT™, we don’t just layer positive statements on top of tension—we pair them with tapping so the body feels safe enough to receive them. This process gently brings forward the “tailenders,” the quiet opposing thoughts that often block affirmations from landing. By acknowledging and soothing those inner objections through tapping, you prevent them from getting stronger and create real space for the affirmation to take root. This is how you begin to shift old patterns, regulate your system, and open to your Divine Self with honesty and ease.


What to Expect


This circle is an ideal, low-pressure introduction to the Healing Steps Method. 


You will also learn how to use tapping as a portable tool to:

  • Calm your nervous system using scientifically proven techniques
  • Regain emotional clarity in the middle of a busy day
  • Build a personal foundation of safety and self-trust
