What is a tapping circle?

 A tapping circle is a live, guided group session using Conscious EFT to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. You are led step by step through gentle tapping sequences while staying grounded in your body and present in the moment.


This is not about digging into trauma or oversharing. It is about noticing what is here, creating safety in your system, and allowing shifts to happen at a pace your body can handle.


You can participate quietly, camera on or off. Your experience is always your own.

Online, from the comfort of your own space

All tapping circles are held online. You can join from home, wrapped in a blanket, sitting on the floor, or wherever you feel most at ease. 


Being in your own environment supports regulation, safety, and integration. 


No commuting. No pressure to perform. Just space to breathe and reset.

Shared themes, shared relief

Each circle is organized around a common theme so you are not alone in what you are carrying. Working in a group often creates a sense of relief and belonging, even without direct interaction.


Example themes include:


  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Caregivers and compassion fatigue
  • New moms and nervous system support
  • Political stress and collective tension
  • Resistance to affirmations
  • Blocks to change or stalled resolutions


You are never required to share personal details. Many people find that hearing neutral, inclusive language helps their own system soften naturally. 

Safety and nervous system regulation come first

These circles are guided through a safety-first lens. The focus is on staying regulated, resourced, and present rather than pushing for emotional catharsis.


You will be invited to


  • Notice sensations rather than relive stories
  • Stay within your window of tolerance
  • Pause or opt out of any part of the process
  • Track subtle shifts in breath, tension, or emotional charge


Small shifts matter. Gentle regulation creates lasting change. 

Important boundaries and scope of care

To protect the integrity of the space and the well-being of everyone involved, the following boundaries apply


  • A discovery call may be required before participation
  • Participation is based on safety and the scope of practice
  • These circles are not therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
  • They are not appropriate for crisis support or acute mental health needs


If it becomes clear that a different level of support would serve you better, you will be guided toward appropriate resources. 

Want to bring a tapping circle to your own group?

 If you already have a small group of women you gather with and want to experience tapping together, private tapping circles are available by request. These circles are ideal for friends, caregivers, wellness groups, or community circles who want a shared, supportive experience centered on nervous system regulation and collective healing.


Private circles are

  • Designed around a shared theme relevant to your group 
  • Held online so everyone can join from their own space 
  • Limited to small groups to support safety and connection 
  • Available for groups of four or more
     

To ensure the circle is supportive and within scope of practice, a discovery call is required before booking. This call allows you to explore whether a private tapping circle is the right fit, clarify the intention for your group, and sort out logistics and next steps.


If it feels aligned, you’ll be guided through the process with care and clarity.

No. Sharing is always optional. You can participate quietly, keep your camera off, and simply follow along. Many women find that they get just as much benefit without speaking. This space is designed to support you without putting you on the spot. 


No. Tapping circles are not therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. They are guided group sessions focused on nervous system regulation and emotional support. If it becomes clear that a different level of care would better support you, you will be encouraged to explore appropriate professional resources. 


Safety is the foundation of these circles. The pacing is gentle, and you are always encouraged to stay within what feels manageable for your body and nervous system. A discovery call may be required to ensure the circle is a good fit based on safety and scope of practice. 


Yes. No experience is needed. The tapping is guided step by step in simple, accessible language. You can follow along at your own pace, pause when needed, and take in what feels supportive. Many women start here because it’s a gentle, low-pressure way to experience tapping. 


That’s completely welcome here. You don’t need to believe in anything or have a specific outcome in mind. This work is experiential and body-based. Many women come in unsure and simply notice how their nervous system responds. Curiosity is more than enough.
