About Me

I’ve spent over 35 years guiding people through change—helping them find steadiness in themselves.

 I help women feel safe in their bodies again.

Many of the women I work with are used to holding everything together—managing thoughts, emotions, and stress—but never quite feeling settled inside. They’ve tried to think their way through it, push through it, or stay strong for everyone else.

But being strong isn’t the same as feeling safe.


A different Way of Working 

My work is grounded in something simple, but often missing:
learning how to listen to your body and respond to it in a different way.

Through Conscious EFT™ and intuitive, body-based awareness, I help you slow things down enough to notice what’s actually happening underneath the surface—without judgment, pressure, or needing to fix anything.

From there, we begin to gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck—so you can respond instead of react, and feel more steady in yourself.


My Approach 

This work isn’t about pushing for change.

It’s about creating enough safety in your system that change can begin to happen naturally.

We move through this gently, in a way that meets you where you are: 

We begin with safety
Helping your nervous system settle so you can feel more steady in your body

We listen for what’s underneath
Quieting the noise so you can hear what your body is holding

We begin to shift patterns
Releasing the beliefs and emotional responses that keep you stuck

We integrate what’s changing
So you can carry that sense of steadiness into your daily life

And over time, you feel stronger in yourself
Not from pushing—but from being more connected to who you are


Why This Matters 

When your body feels safe, everything changes.

You’re able to see your patterns more clearly—without getting pulled into them.
You can respond with more steadiness instead of reacting automatically.
And over time, you begin to feel more at home in yourself.

You’re not broken.
You’ve just never been supported in this way before.


 

Background

I spent over two decades as a high school mathematics teacher, guiding students through complex challenges and helping them build confidence in their ability to think, learn, and grow. That foundation of teaching and coaching continues to shape how I work today—meeting you where you are and supporting you step by step.

I’m a Certified Conscious EFT™ Practitioner, Certified Emotion Code® Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer.

My work brings these pieces together in a way that supports real, lasting change—without forcing or pushing.
