Mindful movement is a simple way of reconnecting with your body through gentle, intentional movement.
It’s not about pushing, performing, or getting it “right.”
It’s about noticing what your body is holding and creating space for it to begin to soften.
Sometimes that looks like stretching.
Sometimes it’s slowing down your breath.
Sometimes it’s simply bringing awareness to how your body feels in the moment.
When your body feels tight, guarded, or disconnected, it’s much harder to feel steady and at ease.
Movement can help release tension, regulate your nervous system, and bring you back into a sense of connection with yourself.
It’s not just about physical strength—it’s about feeling more grounded, more open, and more at home in your body.
Mindful movement is not a separate program—it’s something I weave into sessions when it feels supportive.
Sometimes that means incorporating small movements alongside emotional work.
Other times it’s simply helping you notice what your body needs in the moment.
For those who want it, I also offer movement-based sessions that integrate this approach more directly.
