A mini session is a 20–30-minute focused session designed to create movement around one belief or emotional block.
Mini sessions are 20–30 minutes and focus on one specific belief, emotion, or area where you feel stuck.

This is not a deep trauma processing session. It is meant to create movement and insight.

Sometimes you don’t need to bring your whole life story. Sometimes one belief, one emotion, or one moment of feeling stuck is enough to begin creating real change.
Mini sessions are short, focused sessions designed to help you experience how emotional and energetic healing work can shift things more quickly than you might expect.
These sessions are a beautiful introduction to the work I do with women who want to release limiting beliefs and trapped emotions so they can move through midlife with more clarity, confidence, and ease.
You may come in with something like:
"I want to believe I am confident."
"I want to trust my body."
"I want to feel calm instead of overwhelmed."
During the session we explore what is happening underneath that belief.
Often there is a voice in the back of your mind that says:
"That’s not true."
"You can’t do that."
"You’re not good enough."
That voice is what prevents affirmations from working.
Using EFT tapping, we gently work with the emotions and beliefs connected to that inner resistance so the affirmation can begin to feel more real in your body and mind.
Sometimes we may also use Emotion Code techniques depending on what your body responds to best.
Many people have tried repeating affirmations in the mirror or writing them down daily. But if the subconscious mind is still holding on to the opposite belief, the mind often pushes back.
You might notice thoughts like:
"This isn't true."
"This won't work."
"This isn't me."
When those beliefs are not addressed, affirmations can actually make that inner resistance louder. In a mini session we address that resistance directly so that your mind and nervous system can begin to shift.
