I’ve taught mathematics in four countries, from foundational concepts to AP Calculus and IB Higher Level, carrying students across the finish line of exams they once believed impossible.
At the same time, I was raising three children, navigating divorce, living with Hashimoto’s and celiac disease, and moving through traumas that took years to untangle. Through every chapter, I kept teaching fitness and working with private clients — movement was my anchor, my breath, my saving grace.
But I learned something important: survival isn’t the same as safety.
Conscious EFT™ changed everything for me.
It helped me reclaim a sense of safety in my body — not just strength, but steadiness. Presence. Trust. When I combined emotional regulation with mindful movement, I found a way of working that was transformational. Not just for me — but for the women I now serve.
Like many women, my own relationship with weight has been complicated. At times, I felt better in my body when I carried less — I moved more easily and had more energy. But I’ve also seen how weight loss alone doesn’t guarantee happiness or self-acceptance. I watched my own mother lose a significant amount of weight late in life, only to immediately shift her self-criticism to something else. That moment taught me: it’s never just about the weight.
What matters most is releasing the emotional weight — the patterns of judgment, pressure, and never feeling “enough.” Because when we put that down, the body often changes naturally, but the real transformation is the peace we feel in our own skin.
I’m a Certified Conscious EFT™ Practitioner, Emotional Fitness Coach, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My work blends science-backed tools with intuitive, compassionate guidance — honoring both the emotional and physical realities of change.
This is not about pushing harder, ignoring pain, or chasing perfection.
It’s about creating a safe space for you to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and step into your strength — inside and out.
